Youth facilities partners and stakeholders
The Hub @ The Third Place is a joint initiative, between several public sector and third sector organisations seeking to provide a wide range of services to young people in the Halesowen area.
The main partners in the development of The Third Place Youth facilities are:
- Phase Trust – an organisation that has 10 years experience of providing youth focused advice and support services, based at Owen House within the current premises. Phase Trust website
- Zion Christian Centre – the landowner with 30 years history of providing a wide range of activities and facilities for young people. Zion Christian Centre website.
- Windsor High School – a multi specialist Halesowen school and a key purchaser of Phase Trust services. Windsor High School website.
- Elim Pentecostal Church - principal long-term loan financier, pledging up to £1million towards The Third Place, Halesowen. Elim website.
Other interested parties and commissioners of current and existing services include:
- Dudley Primary Care Trust - Teenage Pregnancy Unit: currently funding Phase Trust to deliver sexual health advice, an on-going in-principal revenue funder committed to using the Hub for training/outreach. Dudley PCT website

We also currently work closely with Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council on a number of initiatives, and have consulted regularly with representatives over the Third Place project since 2007.
These include:
- Dudley Children's Trust / Participation Plus train and challenge our staff towards greater active participation by young people, recruiting and facilitating the Halesowen Youth Forum
- Hosting Town Plan public consultation and coordinating regular litter-picks
- Hosting community events for Leisure & Sport
- Facilitating multi-agency Borough Gang Forum begun by Phase Trust
- Officers and elected members attended the Zion Christian Centre 30th Anniversary and Phase Trust 10th Anniversary Civic Reception / Third Place launch on July 3rd 2009
